RIP Whitney Houston

Born on the 9th of August 1963 this singing sensation truly enriched our lives with her amazing voice and musical talents.
Sure Whitney has had her ups and downs but one thing is sure, this singer/songwriter has been entertaining us since she released her 1st album at age 22 (yes, 27 years ago).

She gave us great hits like, I will always love you, One moment in time, Run to you, I'm every woman, etc.

Whitney's family released to the press that Whitney did not pass drowning but mixing prescription drugs and alcohol.  Her daughter Bobbi suspected her mother had great depression but no one is saying that this was suicide.

Whitney has had a rough life and has had glory moments as well.
I choose to remember only the best of Whitney and I hope you choose to do so as well.

Whitney, the beautiful singer who changed our lives and helped us through at least one heartbreak with her powerful music.

RIP Whitney, we love you and will remember only the great things!

Well, it's very true...  Only through mistakes can we learn.  Only throught dreaming we can achieve.

Look at Albert Einstein...
He dropped out of school at age 15...  Teachers told him he would never amount to anything.  I think his nobel prize begs to differ...

The Bill Gates...

He was a Harvard University  drop-out and soon after that he became the owner of Microsoft after purchasing the software for only $50 from someone and then he turned it into what it is today.

Vincent van Gogh...

He died at 37 without selling a single masterpiece painting...  He suffered from mental illness and he had major anxiety issues.  Only in his death he is now one of the most famous artists...  Vincent cut off his own ear after an argument out of rage!  His self portrait with his bandaged ear was sold for $90 million...  A shot to the stomach is what killed him, a legend is what he became.

Thomas Edison...

His teachers said he was too stupid to learn anything.  He got fired from two jobs for being non productive and he failed 1000 light bulbs before succeeding.  The reporter asked him : 'How did it feel to fail 1000 times."  His reply was: "I didn't fail 1000 times, the bulb was an invention of 1000 steps."

Henry Ford...

Yes, the founder of Ford Motors...  He support himself and his family by farming...  He worked for Edison to get enough money to do his own thing.  He went bankrupt five times before he succeeded.  He lost so much but gained everlasting wealth and respect for those he left behind.

There are many that I didn't mention, a lot of the most recent people, but this alone should be proof of the power you have within you.  You might fail, but then again, you might succeed.

So people...  If you can dream, you can achieve...
